Highlandette Happenings
January 2006 Update - We are meeting for lunch at the El Fenix on Northwest Hwy. at noon on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2006 with Mrs. "D" for a mini get-together. Also, the Highlandette Spring Revue is Saturday night at 7:30 PM at the LH auditorium and we will have a table in the foyer with the scrapbooks.
Highlandette Alumni Association - The 2007 Francis Davenport Pitchford Highlandette $1,000 College Scholarship was awarded after the 2007 Spring Show. The winner was Rachel Anne Courtney, a three-year Highlandette. Rachel will attend the University of Texas at Austin and major in biology/pre-med. Highlandette Team Pictures - We are trying to find the official team pictures for every Highlandette drill team, and you can click here to see the teams we have posted so far. If you have one we're missing, please send it to Kathy Sutton Crawford.
Reunion Highlights - The 40th Highlandette Anniversary Big Bash Reunion in June 2002 was a night to remember. Girls came from coast to coast and everyone has said it was a magical evening that they will remember forever! Newsletters have gone out to everyone listed in the Alumni directory. If you were a Highlandette and would like to send in your contact information to be available for a future reunion, please email me your name, class year, address, phone, and email. Also, we are using the Big Sis/Lit'l Sis program to help keep up with each other, so include another Highlandette's information that will always know where to find you.
